General Questions

What age groups do you care for?

We care for children ages starting at two in our Toddler Program through eighth grade in our Before & After Care Program.

What are your hours of operation?

For full-time care, regular hours are 7:00 AM—6:00 PM. We also offer School Day hours, which differ for each school.

How do I enroll my child in your programs?

If you are a new family, please complete the Interest List so we can schedule a tour with you. If you are a returning family, please create an account to initiate the process.

Do you have a waitlist if a program is at capacity?

Absolutely! After your tour and school selection, register here in Arux to join our Pending list. We'll reach out when a spot opens up – if you're still interested, we'll move your account to Accepted and charge the registration fee.



Billing & Payments

How do I create an account?

Click Sign In at the top right to choose from many account creation and sign-in options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and ACH payments.

When are payments due?

Invoices go out every Friday for the week ahead. Auto-Pay runs on Monday – right on time for that week's payment deadline!

Do you charge late fees?

Did you miss the payment deadline? We offer a 3-day grace period. After that, we charge a $25 late fee. 

How do I update my payment information?

Scroll down to the footer of this page and click Saved Payment Methods.

Do you offer a sibling discount?

Yes! We automatically attach the Sibling Discount to your account if you register more than one child for any of our programs that attend simultaneously.


Scheduling & Attendance

What is your policy for schedule changes?

We require a 7-day notice of schedule changes. The system is automatically set up to grey out days that are unavailable to modify. 

What happens if my child is absent?

You do not have to do anything. We charge regardless of attendance; your weekly rate will not change.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do require a two-week notice if you are disenrolling from our programs. 

Do you charge registration fees?

  • School Year Registration is $120. 
  • Sibling Registration is $100.
    • This covers regular schedules, school breaks, and half days.
  • School Breaks and Half Days Registration is $45.

Are you open on holidays or school breaks?

We are closed on all Federal Holidays when school is closed. However, we are open during the Fall, Spring, and Summer and offer School Break Camps at all elementary schools.

Can I choose the days and hours my child attends?

We offer schedules of four and five days. When registering, you can select any four-day combination and adjust the start and end dates of your childcare contract.

Does Arux have a mobile app?

A Parent App is releasing in 2025.

Who do I contact for billing questions?

How do I update my contact information in Arux?

Click on your name on the top right to open your Dashboard. On the left side, click "Edit Person" on any of your contacts to update their information.

Can my partner and I have separate logins for the same account?

Yes. We can add them as a secondary account owner. You have your own logins and your payment information and emergency contacts stay private.
