Digital Citizenship Parent Night
2025/26 Events -
Digital Citizenship 26
Raising kids in a digital world isn’t optional anymore. Knowing how to keep them safe in it matters just as much.
Digital Citizenship: A Parent Night is a parent-only, informative evening designed to help families better understand the digital spaces their children navigate every day. This session focuses on practical, real-world guidance around screen time, online safety, social media, gaming, and digital responsibility.
Parents and guardians will gain clear, actionable tips, conversation starters, and a deeper understanding of what children are experiencing online. Topics include digital etiquette, online safety, cyberbullying prevention, digital footprints, and helping children make smart, respectful choices in digital spaces, just as we expect them to do offline.
This event will be held on April 23, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Esmond Station Library and is intended for parents and guardians only due to the nature of the content. Free childcare is available with advance registration.
Please register yourself and your child, Preschool–5th Grade, if childcare is needed.
Childcare minimum age is 3yrs.
